AT&T All for Less®. Offer expires 12/31/2020. Excludes taxes, surcharges, recovery fees, and other similar charges, which are extra. Term commitment may be required, and early termination fees may apply. Rates are subject to change at the end of the term or rate guarantee. All for Less eligibility requires the purchase of at least one product from two of the four following categories: qualifying voice plan, qualifying Internet plan, qualifying TV service, or qualifying wireless service (“All for Less bundle”). Qualifying voice plans: (1) AT&T Business Local Calling Unlimited A with one of the following long-distance plans: All for Less® Unlimited, All for Less® 500, AT&T Business Block of Time II℠ (700 II, 750 II, 1200 II, 1500 II, 2500 II, 3000 II, 5000 II, 7500 II, 10,000 II plans), or (2) AT&T Phone for Business. Qualifying internet plans: AT&T Internet for Business, AT&T Business Fiber, AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition, or FastAccess® Business DSL, AT&T Fixed Wireless Internet for Business. Additional All for Less Requirements. Internet service, wireless service, or TV service activation must be NEW. Existing AT&T Internet customers can upgrade their current service to AT&T Internet for Business 6Mbps or higher and qualify. Upgrades or renewal of terms on existing AT&T Mobility lines are not eligible. Customer must agree that wireline and wireless Services may be on a combined bill. Available to eligible customers under the following: (a) one billing telephone number (BTN) at a single location, (b) one Billing Account Number (BAN) at a single location, or (c) one BTN and one BAN at a single location; not available on accounts billing to another BTN or receiving billed charges from another BTN. Limited to in-franchise subscribers of local service from AT&T Arkansas, AT&T California, AT&T Illinois, AT&T Indiana, AT&T Kansas, AT&T Michigan, AT&T Missouri, AT&T Nevada, AT&T Ohio, AT&T Oklahoma, AT&T Texas, AT&T Wisconsin, AT&T Alabama, AT&T Florida, AT&T Georgia, AT&T Kentucky, AT&T Louisiana, AT&T Mississippi, AT&T North Carolina, AT&T South Carolina, or AT&T Tennessee, based upon the service address location. AT&T All for Less® Plus includes an All for Less bundle as set forth below (AT&T All for Less® Premium Package, AT&T All for Less® Standard Package and AT&T All for Less® Starter Package) and qualifying discounted application services with a minimum $15 monthly recurring charge.

AT&T All for Less® Premium Package. Monthly rate of $50 applies when the following five (5) services are purchased via the All For Less Premium Package: (1) AT&T Tech360℠ Premium PLUS; (2) AT&T Website Solutions℠ Website-Basic; (3) Search Engine Assist | ranking coach; (4) McAfee® Endpoint Protection; (5) Microsoft® Office 365. All five (5) of these services are required to be active for the duration of the term commitment; request for the termination of one (1) service shall be deemed request for termination of all five (5) services.

AT&T All for Less® Standard Package. Monthly rate of $30 applies when the following three services are purchased as a bundle of services via the All For Less Standard application bundle: (1) AT&T Tech360℠ Premium PLUS; (2) AT&T Website Solutions℠ - Email Marketing 250; and (3) AT&T Website Solutions℠ - Online Fax-300. All three (3) of the services are required to be active for the duration of the term commitment; request for the termination of one (1) service shall be deemed request for termination of all three (3) services.

AT&T All for Less® Starter Package. Monthly rate of $15 applies when the following three (3) services are purchased as a bundle of services via the All for Less Starter application bundle: (1) AT&T Tech360SM Backup and Go; (2) AT&T Website Solutions℠-Online Fax 300; (3) McAfee® Endpoint Protection. All three (3) services are required for the duration of the term commitment; request for termination of one (1) service shall be deemed request for termination of all three (3) services. Additional Information - Application Services:

AT&T Tech360℠ is a remote technical support service; each subscription includes technical support for one (1) PC or Mac®, one (1) tablet, one (1) smartphone, smart devices, and tethered peripherals. Onsite support must be agreed upon by technician and customer and is available at an extra hourly charge with a minimum service ticket time of one hour that begins upon servicing. AT&T does not guarantee any results or response times. This service is not a hardware warranty or repair service. Purchase and use of AT&T Tech360 services constitute acceptance of the Terms of Service which may be found at Term of Service. We may change those Terms of Service at any time, so we encourage you to check them on the website periodically. Usage of the service after any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes.

AT&T Tech360℠ Backup and Go is a service that enables the user to back up computer files (from a single personal computer excluding external storage devices) onto the Backup and Go servers. Although highly secure, the service does not guarantee security of user data. Data backup and access capabilities and restoration completion time are subject to Internet connectivity, available bandwidth, and amount of data. Purchase and use of AT&T Tech 360 services constitute acceptance of the Terms of Service which may be found at Term of Service. We may change those Terms of Service at any time, so we encourage you to check them on the website periodically. Usage of the service after any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes. AT&T Website Solutions℠. Purchase and use of AT&T Website Solutions constitute acceptance of the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Acceptable Use Policy which may be found at https://webhosting.att.com/terms/ and www.att.com/legal/terms.aup.html, as use of the account is bound by these items. Email Marketing Plans. The Customer may use the service in accordance with the number of contacts in their plan and in connection with their internal purposes and business operations and not as a service for any third party. Email and facsimile transmissions sent using AT&T Website Solutions E-Mail Marketing must follow the terms and conditions set forth in the Service Guide located at the following link: AT&T Service Guide FlashPlayer. Please review the AT&T Website Solutions℠ Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy, as your use of this account is bound by these items. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use your AT&T Website Solutions account and must cancel it immediately by calling 888.932.4678. Absent any such call, usage of the service constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

Online Fax Plans. Plans are based on 300 sent and received pages monthly; unused pages within a month are not carried over to the following month. This service does not support international dialing. Email addresses are not included; customer must provide their own addresses to use service. Purchase and use of an AT&T Online Fax plan constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), which may be found at https://webhosting.att.com/terms/. Service terms and Fees are subject to change pursuant to the T&Cs. Please read the T&Cs for additional information. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use your AT&T Website Solutions account and must cancel it immediately by calling 888.932.4678. McAfee® Endpoint Protection. McAfee® Endpoint Protection provides cloud-based endpoint security solutions accessed over the Internet. Purchase and use of this service constitute acceptance of the Terms of Use and Service Guide for McAfee® Endpoint Protection posted at AT&T Mcafeee SAAS ENDPOINT Protection Service Term which contains the descriptions and Terms of Use for these services. We may change those Terms of Service at any time, so we encourage you to check them on our website periodically. By continuing to use the service after any such change you agree to be bound by such changes. Early termination fees may apply.

Search Engine Assist. (SEA) is a simple do-it-yourself Search Engine Optimization tool that helps the Customer improve their website’s exposure and ranking of their website online. Purchase and use of Search Engine Assist constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Acceptable Use Policy which may be found at https://webhosting.att.com/terms/ and https://www.att.com/legal/terms.aup.html, as use of the account is bound by these items. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy, you must not use your AT&T Website Solutions account and must cancel it immediately by calling 888.932.4678. Microsoft® Office 365. from AT&T is a suite of Internet-based products consisting of email, collaboration, and productivity services. Purchase and use of these services constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use and Service Guide for Microsoft® Office 365 Services posted at Service Guide Flash Player Page MS Office 365 which contains the descriptions and terms of use for these services. We may change the Terms of Use at any time, so we encourage you to check them on our website periodically. By continuing to use the service after any such change, you agree to be bound by such changes. As of 8/1/2020, Microsoft® Office 365 is no longer available in AFL. AT&T Wi-Fi – Small Site. AT&T is not responsible for interference or service degradation caused by or to third-party Wi-Fi services at the Site(s). Upon termination, all AT&T equipment must be returned to AT&T within 30 days. Purchase and use of this service constitutes acceptance of the AT&T Terms of Service and AT&T Wi-Fi Service Guide posted at https://serviceguidenew.att.com/sg_flashPlayerPage/AWS. By continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by the then current Terms of Service. The Wi-Fi signal is provided on an “as-is” basis. No representation, warranties, or service performance guarantees or levels exist for the Wi-Fi signal. The Service may not provide access to the Internet without interruption

Qualifying Voice Plans. AT&T Business Local Calling. AT&T local service is provided by AT&T Alabama, AT&T Arkansas, AT&T California, AT&T Florida, AT&T Georgia, AT&T Illinois, AT&T Indiana, AT&T Kansas, AT&T Kentucky, AT&T Louisiana, AT&T Michigan, AT&T Mississippi, AT&T Missouri, AT&T Nevada, AT&T North Carolina, AT&T Ohio, AT&T Oklahoma, AT&T Texas or AT&T Wisconsin, based upon the service address location. One-year term commitment required. Special terms and conditions apply based on the options selected. Interstate/IntraLATA calls are billed on a per minute basis and are not included in the unlimited local usage. Unlimited local usage in Illinois includes Band A and B calls. In Michigan, zone calling is considered local toll. Local toll/Band C calls include Intrastate/IntraLATA local toll calls that originate and terminate in the following AT&T local exchange company territories: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Usage from Ohio Local Calling Plus and Wisconsin Extended Area Calling are included. In Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, unlimited local usage includes EAC/ELC/WACP. Unlimited local usage in California includes ZUM 1, 2 and 3. Extended Area Service (EAS) is included in AT&T Business Local Calling unlimited local usage in California and Nevada. Local toll includes Intrastate/IntraLATA calls that (1) originate and terminate in the following AT&T local exchange company territories: Arkansas, California, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas, and (2) are not included in local usage. Customer must subscribe to AT&T Business Local Calling on all local business access lines on the BTN; AT&T Business Local Calling plan cannot be combined with any other business access line, local usage or feature discount plan. Package option prices may vary by state, term length, and line size. Caller ID may be blocked or unavailable. Caller ID display equipment required for use of Caller ID. Use of Call Forwarding or Remote Access to Call Forwarding, Call Return, Three-Way Calling, Alternate Answer/Call Forward Don’t Answer, and Busy Line Transfer/Call Forward Busy/Call Forward Busy Line may result in local toll or long-distance charges, depending on the location of the called party. Installation and extended area service charges may apply. Early Termination Fee is $15/line per month. ETF will apply for each month remaining in the committed term. AT&T All for Less® Unlimited. A plan with a no term commitment is available for business customers with 1-10 business local access lines who qualify for, and purchase All for Less. Applies only to domestic direct-dialed, live voice calls. Certain applications, e.g., call centers, auto-dialing, PBX/ PBX-like, data transmission, broadcast FAX, Centrex, ISDN, modem-to-modem calls, long distance Internet or intranet access, and certain switching applications, prohibited. Arrangements aggregating end user traffic are not eligible (e.g., for educational institutions or businesses). Non- compliance with Plan terms may result in a change to another plan (such as a per-minute plan) or in long distance service being suspended, restricted or canceled, without prior notice. Customers in AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TN, 1+ call detail is available for an additional charge.

AT&T All for Less® 500. Plan available for business customers who qualify for and purchase All for Less. One-year term commitment required. Block of minutes apply only to domestic usage (direct-dialed outbound and inbound Toll-Free, if applicable), and are billed at 30 second minimum and 1 second increments thereafter. Per-minute rates apply to all usage in excess of the block. Unused minutes do not rollover to the next month. At expiration of the term, services are provided at out of term month-to-month rates. Early Termination Fee: 50% of the monthly recurring charge per month will apply for each month remaining in the committed term for customers in AR, CA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, TX and WI; $5.00 per month will apply for each month remaining in the committed term for customers in AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC and TN.

AT&T Business Block of Time II℠. Block of minutes apply only to domestic usage (direct-dialed outbound and inbound Toll-Free, if applicable), and are billed at 30 second minimum and 1 second thereafter increments. Per-minute rates apply to all usage in excess of the block. Unused minutes do not rollover to the next month. Toll-Free service, international calls, operator-assisted calls, and calling card calls incur additional charges. Customers in AR, CA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, TX and WI: Minimum one-year term commitment required. At expiration of the initial term, services are provided at out-of-term month-to-month rates. Early Termination Fee: 50% of the monthly recurring charge per month will apply for each month of the remaining committed term.

All for Less AT&T Phone for Business Acquisition Promotion. Offer expires 8/31/2020. Excludes installation, taxes, surcharges, recovery fees and other similar charges. Available to new AT&T business voice customers, including customers switching local service from another provider, who subscribe to AT&T Internet for Business or AT&T Business Fiber and newly subscribe to AT&T Phone for Business. Provides a discount for AT&T Phone for Business of $25 off the monthly recurring charge for the primary line with Unlimited North America plan or $30 off the primary line with International Plus plan. Additional lines are subject to current rates. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change. Offer also available to customers migrating from FastAccess® Business DSL or AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition to AT&T Internet for Business or AT&T Business Fiber. Current AT&T business voice subscribers are not eligible (excludes AT&T Mobility). Can be combined with AT&T Phone for Business IAD-Port Extender Promotion. AT&T Phone for Business IAD-Port Extender Promotion: Offer expires 12/31/2020. Available to eligible new or existing business customers. A 100% discount will be applied to the non-recurring charge associated with the IAD-Port Extender Equipment

AT&T Phone for Business. Refer to Terms and Conditions for all rates, terms and conditions applicable to the service, Business Uverse and Phone AT&T Terms of Service. Acceptance of AT&T Phone Terms of Service, AT&T Internet Terms of Service and 911 limitations Acknowledgement required.

Qualifying Internet Plans. AT&T All for Less® AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition Promotion. Available to new business customers only. Promotional discounted rate of $40/month applies for AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition Basic, Express, Pro, or Elite. Static IP available at an additional charge. SERVICE REQUIRES: DSL modem/gateway/router. Customer must have or purchase a qualifying AT&T local voice plan. EARLY TERMINATION FEE of $20 per month for the remaining term will apply if customer terminates service prior to the end of the committed term in the following states: AR, CA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, TX, & WI. If qualifying local voice rate plan is cancelled, AT&T will charge its current list AT&T High Speed Business Edition rates (monthly or term rates as applicable). If the local voice service is terminated, the High Speed Internet Business Edition service will be automatically terminated, and an early termination fee will apply. At the expiration of the contracted term, the current monthly rates are subject to change. SHIPPING and HANDLING: A shipping and handling fee applies for AT&T-provided modem/gateway/router. Prices vary depending upon shipment method. EQUIPMENT REWARD CARD: Available with 12-month term commitment to AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition. One reward card allowed per AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition line. Customer's account must be current and in service for a minimum of 60 calendar days to be eligible for the reward card. Information about the AT&T Business Reward Center and reward card requirements will be sent by mail. Customers must complete the reward card process within 90 calendar days of AT&T High Speed Internet Business Edition reward notification mail date. The equipment reward card offer is valid in the following states: AR, CA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, TX, and WI. Reward cards are void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Reward cards may not be assigned, transferred or sold. Reward cards cannot exceed total purchase price of the AT&T modem or router. Reward cards will be mailed to the customer's billing address within 4 weeks of completion of the online reward card qualification process provided the customer has met the 60 calendar day minimum service requirement. Reward card expires 6 months after issuance. No cash withdrawals allowed. AT&T is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or postage-due mail done to reward cards, or damaged caused by the U.S. Post Office. Reward card is offered by AT&T Internet Services and cannot be applied to other AT&T billing. Some customers may need to purchase additional equipment (for example: Ethernet card and/or cable). AT&T may provide refurbished modem or router.

Customers must submit the reward card qualification online at Reward Center Small Business. OTHER CHARGES: $150-$200 charge will apply if technician installation is required or requested on any Dynamic IP Plan. OTHER TERMS: Actual downstream and upstream speeds are "up to" the listed speeds and are based on DSL synch rate, which may vary, and are not guaranteed. Many factors affect speed. AT&T All for Less® FastAccess® Business DSL Promotion. Available to new business customers only.
